We Have A Shared Approach & Individual Specialties

We share a view of holistic, integrative approaches to therapy but also have individual specialties that can serve the needs of different clients.

As a team, we are dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate and confidential environment for clients, and taking an approach that incorporates each person's physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  We help clients identify barriers, explore inner strengths and learn new techniques that can help them get back on a path to a successful and fulfilling life.

But because each person is unique, our approach is flexible and based on each individual's needs and strengths.  We incorporate various treatment methods based in mindfulness, including: Brief Solution Focused Therapy, which is a problem solving approach; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps challenge and reframe thoughts and ideas that cause us pain; and, Insight Oriented Therapy, which involves gaining a clearer understanding of yourself and living in a way that is in line with your beliefs.

Within these modes we may incorporate self-help books, exercises, journaling, meditation, relaxation techniques, eco-therapy using nearby nature trails and games for children.  We also provide referrals to other treatment providers as necessary.

Check out our bios to learn more about our individual strengths and specialties, and who may be best suited to meet your specific needs.
